Mr. Swerling is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and two federal courts--the United States Southern District of New York and the United States Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Queens County Bar Association, the Bronx County Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School.
