Welcome to the Law Office of Bryan J. Swerling. The Law Office of Bryan J. Swerling is a civil litigation and criminal law practice located in New York City, in lower Manhattan. Our office serves clients in all five boroughs, as well as Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties. Our mission is to offer a broad range of services to our clients and assist them with regard to various issues that arise in their personal and professional lives.

The Firm's founder, Bryan J. Swerling, Esq. is a unique individual who holds a vast array of life and legal experience. Throughout his professional life Mr. Swerling has worked for, with, and learned from some of the most well-known and accomplished people in the legal and media worlds. He has garnered exposure and experience in a variety of legal disciplines relating to personal injury, medical malpractice, criminal defense, commercial litigation, landlord-tenant law, and entertainment and media law.

Mr. Swerling is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, and two federal courts---the United States Southern District of New York and the United States Eastern District of New York. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Queens County Bar Association, the Bronx County Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Swerling is a licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed Notary. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from New York Law School.
