Personal Injury
  • Infant plaintiff was sexually assaulted at school by another student. City of New York and Board of Education were sued for negligent supervision as they were on notice the assailant had tendencies toward violent attacks and had a duty to protect plaintiff.
  • Plaintiff bride was caused to slip and fall thirty minutes prior to her wedding at the defendant premises hotel after defendant negligently polished the floor. Defendant's conceded liability and the case is presently heading to trial to determine damages.
  • Plaintiff driver was rear ended by defendant driver on the highway. Plaintiff sustained nerve damage, herninations, sprains, and radiculopathy and accident effectively ended her dancing career.

  • Plaintiff was assaulted by defendant police officers. Officers broke plaintiff's nose during an unlawful arrest.
  • Plaintiff was shopping at defendant retailer buying supplies for her restaurant when an negligently stacked U-Boat came crashing down on top of her, injuring her shoulders, back, and legs. As a result of the injury, plaintiff had to shut down her business as she could no longer do physical labor.
  • Plaintiff who is partially blind is suing defendant building owner after she tripped over a rolled up carpet that was left in the lobby causing her to sustain a broken shoulder which resulted in several surgeries.
  • Plaintiff was arrested and made to spend a day in jail after police picked him up because he had the same name as person who had a warrant out for his arrest.
